Delete your ChemSparks account

1. Open the ChemSparks app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

1. Enter the email and password you use to sign in to ChemSparks.
2. Tap Permanently delete my account.
3. Confirm when asked.
4. You'll see a message confirming your account has been deleted.

Can't sign in? Email help@chemsparks.com with the subject “Account deletion request”, from your account's email address, and we'll delete your account within 30 days.

• Your account and login
• Your profile: name, email, phone number, birthday, gender, preferences, city, and quiz results
• Your photos and selfies
• Your prompt answers
• Your ratings
• Your messages
• Your matches

• Safety reports you filed about other users, and reports other users filed about you, with your identity removed from them. We delete them 3 years after they are made, unless a report is the basis of an active ban, in which case we keep it while that ban is in force.
• If your account was banned: a one-way hash (a scrambled, irreversible value) of the email address and phone number on the account, so the ban can't be evaded with a new account. A hash can't be turned back into your email or phone number. We keep it for 3 years from the date of the ban.
• Information we must preserve to respond to a law enforcement request or a legal claim, kept only as long as required. We don't hold payment records: Apple and Google process all purchases.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Chem Premium subscription. Apple and Google bill subscriptions, so cancel yours at Apple or Google Play to stop being charged.
